Íñigo Méndez De Vigo (born on 21 January 1956 in Tetuan, Morocco) is a Spanish politician and Member of the European Parliament with the People's Party, Member of the Bureau of the European People's Party and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Constitutional Affairs.

He is a substitute for the Committee on Legal Affairs and a member of the Delegation to the EU-Bulgaria Joint Parliamentary Committee. In 2009, we has been appointed as president of the prestigious College of Europe
