Translingual

Han character

(radical 140 +0, 6 strokes, cangjie input 十十 (JJ), X十十 (XJJ))

  1. grass
  2. radical number 140

Usage notes

There is a significant difference between traditional and simplified/Japanese shinjitai: 艹 is written with four strokes (looking like 十 十) in traditional, but three strokes in simplified and Japanese shinjitai. It is thus sometimes counted as having four strokes even in Japanese.
