0verkill is a free ASCII2D animated shooter game for
Linux, OS/2 and Microsoft Windows. Graphics are in
16-color ASCII art
with elaborate hero animations. 0verkill features 4
different weapons, grenades, invisibility, and armor. The package
also contains reaperbot clients, a simple graphics editor, and a
level editor. The game is licenced under GNU
General Public Licence
The game is set in a dark industrial
setting, with rusty pipes, chains, cranes, truss floors, raw brick
walls, ramps, fans, danger signs, and blinking fluorescent
lamps.
