0x29A is an unimplemented stack-based functional and imperative programming language.
It is somewhat of a hybrid between Forth and lambda calculus.
The author describes it as a "purely functional imperative programming language".
This may be a misunderstanding of the meaning of purely functional, however, since if it were purely functional, the input, output, and memory storage would have to work differently.

0x29A is a hexadecimal representation of the decimal number 666.
