0x87 also known as "zeroXeight7" is apparently a subdivision of mysterious organization "Neurocam International"
The website of 0x87 under rigorous cache investigation revealed to be a cryptic 'art' site showcasing the art of Melbourne resident Dabel Von Mueller.
As with Neurocam, aliases are always present.
It is believed 'Dabel Von Mueller' also found to be known as hacker aliased 'Nish' setup the cryptic site in order to select the first members of the NCI subdivision 'zeroXeight7'.
Visitors were invited to solve psychological puzzles, riddles and the like.
Only the extremely curious and self motivated could complete the seemingly endless application process.
Contacting Mr. Von Mueller revealed that the allegations of him being an 'artist' are misconceived.
This heavily contradicts his personal website http://www.dabelvonmueller.com which shows various forms of his levels of creativeness.
When asked about this in regard to his comment he replied "Contradiction is an amazing tool when used right.
Things should never been seen only one way."
Although he could easily have a separate phone for the alias, he answered his phone as 'Dabel' (pronounced "dee-able").
The number was available at one point in time on an early version of 0x87 as a converted hexadecimal code, revealed when clicking the 'Contact' link before being redirected to Nautonier.org.
Using the same method of hexadecimal conversion, 0x87 reveals to be ASCII character "‡", the 'double dagger'.

The website changed variously over time until recently, (early February 2007) the site changes once again, revealing that not only 0x87 is a copyrighted subdivision of Neurocam International, but a new application process has been initiated.
Donning similar fashion to older style NCI application techniques the 'Enter' part of the site reads 'We are not looking for ...' compared to Neurocam's infamous 'Neurocam is not ...' list.
Along with the new version, "Phase 7" is present in the title which contradicts with Neurocam's apparent "Phase 2".

What seems to be the 'personal' pages of two members showcasing yet again more cryptic 'arty' content.
