The 10th Aerospace Defense Group is an inactive United States Air Force organization. Its last assignment was with 9th Air Division, being stationed at Vandenburg Air Force Base, California. It was inactivated on 31 Dec 1971.

It replaced the 10th Aerospace Defense Squadron as ADC command and control organization for Program 437 anti-satellite weapons operations program.
