The One Hundred Thirteenth United States Congress is a future meeting of the legislative branch of the United States federal government, composed of the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives. It is scheduled to meet in Washington, D.C. from January 3, 2013 to January 3, 2015, beginning during the fourth year of Barack Obama's presidency. Senators elected to regular terms in 2006 will be in the last two years of those terms during this Congress. This will be the first Congress elected from congressional districts that were drawn based on the 2010 census.

All Class 2 Senators elected in 2008, will be serving in this Congress, barring resignation, removal, or death.
