The 2008 San José State Football Team represented San José State University in the 2008 college football season. This season was the Spartans' fourth season with Dick Tomey as head coach. Many changes have been made in the starting line-ups, and had impacted the games the Spartans' have played. The Spartans looked to improve from last season's record of 5–7, which they did so.
