The 2009–10 Copa del Rey is the 106th staging of the Copa del Rey. The winners of this year's Copa will qualify for the play-off round of the 2010–11 UEFA Europa League. The competition began on August 22, 2009 and will conclude on May 26, 2010 with the final. FC Barcelona were the defending cup holders.
