2011 IFAF World Cup logo

The 2011 IFAF World Cup will be the fourth instance of the IFAF World Cup, the quadrennial international American Football world championship tournament. It will be held in either June or July. In three cities in Austria. Vienna, Innsbruck^[1] and Graz will be the cities hosting the IFAF World Cup in Austria. Vienna will host the medal games.^[2]

Austria will qualify as the host, along with the United States as the reigning champion, and the four regions of the IFAF, Asia, Europe, Oceania and Pan-America will have qualifications.^[2] There were a record number of attendees at the 2009 IFAF Congress, the meeting which decided the host nation.^[3]

Europe

Austria qualify automatically as host nation.
Germany qualify as a result of reaching the final of the 2010 EFAF European Championship.
France qualify as a result of reaching the final of the 2010 EFAF European Championship.

North America

United States qualify automatically as current champions through winning the 2007 IFAF World Cup.
