335th Bombardment Group

The 335th Bombardment Groupis an inactive United States Air Force unit. Its last assignment was with III Bomber Command, based at Barksdale Field, Louisiana. It was inactivated on 1 May 1944.

The group was a World War II replacement training unit, using Martin B-26 Marauder medium bombers to train personnel. After graduating, the airmen were assigned to overseas combat units.
