3663 First for Foodservice (often simply abbreviated to 3663), a trading name of BFS Group Limited ^[1], is a large United Kingdom foodservice distributor that delivers food and catering equipment to the catering industry.

It is part of The Bidvest Group Limited, an international investment holding company, listed on the JSE Securities Exchange in South Africa, with subsidiaries listed on the London, Australian and Luxembourg stock exchanges.

3663 has 1,100 delivery trucks and 40 storage depots across the United Kingdom, and delivers frozen, fresh and chilled food and ingredients to 50,000 businesses, educational establishments, hospitals and restaurants.^[2]

The company was apparently given its name because 3663 can spell 'food' on the telephone keypad.^[3]

3663 First For Foodservice is the largest catering products (food, non-food and equipment) distribution company in the United Kingdom. The company is a part of the BidVest group (South African), who also own the Dutch Deli XL.

They have 3 types of depot - 'MultiTemp' (of which there are 14, listed below) who supply Ambient, Chilled and Frozen products, and 'Chilled' (5 depots) who carry only the chilled and Frozen ranges. They also have regional distribution centres (such as Reading), and some depots which focus on supplying certain central purchasing accounts Banbury and Royton, these depots are only for suppliying major contracts KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Pret a Manger and key Compass accounts such as all major rail/airports.
The company also owns the Swithenbank foods company and The Barton Meat company although these are run unbranded from 3663

The company is called 3663 due to this combination of numbers spelling food, their key market, on a telephone keypad. 3663 holds a Royal Warrant as a supplier to the Royal Households for groceries and frozen foods. 3663 supplies food and kitchenwear to caterers throughout the United Kingdom, including large national accounts such as Compass PLC, Burger King and Aramark UK Ltd.
