The 4676th Air Defense Group is an inactive United States Air Force organization. Its last assignment was with the 33d Air Division, being stationed at Fairfax Field, Kansas. It was inactivated on 18 Aug 1955.

Activated when 4610th ABS was upgraded to group level and was host unit at Fairfax Field, Kansas. Performed Air Defense of Kansas City area and central Midwest.

Inactivated and redesignated 328th Fighter Group (Air Defense) and reassigned to Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base, Missouri. Military use of Fairfax Field ended.
