The 4708th Air Defense Wing is an inactive United States Air Force organization. Its last assignment was with the 30th Air Division, being stationed at Selfridge Air Force Base, Michigan. It was inactivated on 18 Oct 1956.

Redesignated 1st Fighter Wing (Air Defense), 18 Oct 1956 as result of ADC "Project Arrow" notable unit redesignation program.
