History of Album

Started in 1989, with the US Invasion of Panama, and completed in 1997, when political shift was occuring in country. 4th Blowing was an outgrowth of the political degradation that started officially in 1963. On this album, Noble Gas spookily predict 9/11, government destruction of Constitution, and the takeover of discourse by large corporations and Fundamentalists. This had to be done with humor and satire, or else art like this becomes depressing. There is always the Noble Gas solution at the end, the "Skin of the Teeth".
