The 64 Main Bus is a bus route operated by the Toronto Transit Commission.

From Main Street Subway Station the 64 Main heads southbound bus heads south on Main Street past Danforth Avenue, (crossing over the Danforth Go Train terminal), past Gerrard, and Kingston Road. It then heads east one block along Williamson Road and then south on Wineva Avenue on to Queen Street East. It then loops back, turning north of Queen Street East at Hambly Avenue, and the retracing the rest of the same route northbound Route map.
