75 Riverside Drive is a tall [[office tower]
This is a residential condominium with commercial space on the
ground floor. It was constructed just east of the Detroit / Windsor
Tunnel. the engineering group TROW monitored the effects of the
building upon the tunnel] in downtown Windsor, Ontario.
It is located down the street from the Bank of Commerce
Building.
The building also used to house The New WI's news studios, before
they moved down to their new location at the corner of Ouellette
Avenue and Park Street, next to the downtown theatre.
