9/11 Film Festival is a film festival presented annually at the Grand Lake Theater in Oakland, California and including films from the 9/11 Truth movement.

The fifth 9/11 Film Festival, subtitled "Raising Questions, Demanding Answers" will be held on September 9 and 10, 2009. The festival opens with the world premiere of Loose Change 9/11: An American Coup with filmmaker Dylan Avery and producers Korey Rowe and Matthew Brown. Bonnie Faulkner, host of KPFA's Guns and Butter will be the Mistress of Ceremonies. Guest speakers include: Mike Daly, an Ironworkers 377 member, presenting an excerpt from the film Metal of Honor a firsthand account of the ironworkers who were first responders; Richard Gage, AIA, founder of Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth; Dr. David Ray Griffin, author of 36 books, including ten on the topic of 9/11; Janette MacKinlay, artist and survivor, a member of the Executive Council of NYCCAN, the organization working to get an initiative on the November ballot for an independent, impartial investigation into the events of 9/11, with subpoena power; and Gabriel Day, peace activist, board member of

On September 10, the films Fabled Enemies by Jason Bermas, Kill the Messenger by French filmmakers Mathieu Verboud and Jean-Robert Viallett, and The New American Century by Italian filmmaker Massimo Mazzucco will be shown. The films will be followed by speakers Ken Jenkins, Dr. Paul Rea, Mickey Huff, Dr. Peter Phillips, and comedian Swami Beyondananda.

Thursday evening, Eric Nadler will present the West Coast premiere of Anthrax War, which he made with Bob Coen along with a companion book with the same title. The film begins by investigating the anthrax attacks that took place in the wake of 9/11, but it is global in scope, examining the far-flung bioweapons labs, their privatization, and the overlap between the bio-weapons and vaccine manufacturers in a burgeoning $50 billion industry.

Thursday’s keynote speaker, Dr. David Ray Griffin, will address the collapse of World Trade Center 7 and why the final official report about 9/11 is unscientific and false, the subject of his latest book. On Wednesday, Griffin will briefly discuss “Osama Bin Laden: Dead or Alive?” which challenges the foundational myth surrounding 9/11, an event still underpinning the “war on terror” and the expansion of forces in Afghanistan.

Loose Change 9/11: An American Coup is the fourth in a series of films on 9/11 made by Dylan Avery (produced by Korey Rowe, Matthew Brown, and Joel Bachar) and which have evolved over the years. This latest version provides greater historical context, eyewitness testimony to explosions that may have taken place in World Trade Center 7 on the morning of September 11, and the latest details about physicist Steven E. Jones's alleged discovery of unexploded military-grade Thermate in the WTC dust.

The British film 7/7 Ripple Effect questions the official story about the July 7 London bombings. Fabled Enemies examines the links between the alleged 9/11 hijackers, the military, and the intelligence agencies. Kill the Messenger tells the story of Sibel Edmonds, the most silenced witness in US history, who formed the National Security Whistleblowers Coalition. The New American Century looks critically at the Project for the New American Century and the history of US militarism.
