== Overview ==

A.H.A is a Leicester (England) based community, which focuses on the study of Ancient History and Archaeology through the consumption of copious amounts of alcohol. Direct descendants of the previously infamous L.A group, A.H.A make it their priority to ensure fun and messy nights for its adherants. The sphere of influence of this band of drinking gurus is steadily increasing, and has already led to the appointment of a Leeds-based Foreign Secretary.

History

A.H.A was created in late 2006, as a result of an encounter between the veteran L.A members and positively deranged freshers on the Ancient History and Archaeology course. The idea of such a group originally spawned from the religious drinking festival known as "A.H.A Night", which still takes place every Monday night from 20h00 onwards. This conglomeration of beer-enthusiasts began with the only three members of A.H.A who actually study Ancient History and Archaeology (later to be broadened by a fellow Archaeology single honours student) meeting regulary for drinks in New Hall bar, the place of work of the original L.A foundation squad. It should be noted that contact between L.A and A.H.A was initiated by one of the A.H.A members, who was also part of L.A the previous year. This led to the two groups recognising a common interest in booze and general tomfoolery (synonym of "f**king around"), and merging into what is now known as A.H.A. Since that early date, the group has expanded considerably, to the point of reaching other cities throughout England. The first to be affected was Leeds, with the appointment of the Foreign Secretary, a student in that same city. Next on the list was Manchester, who suffered the squad's presence for a full 5 days.

A.H.A Motto

The official A.H.A motto is the 3 Bs - Blood, Boobs and Beer. This is basically a summary of all a TRUE man needs to survive. Influences for this motto are as follows:
  • 300
  • Gladiator
  • English culture
  • Rugby
  • New hall bar
  • Bloodstock
  • Porn
  • Frenchy's poster
  • The ever-lasting conflict between Pirates and Ninjas

  • For full understanding of the A.H.A 3 Bs, refer to the series Rome, which is a perfect impersination of this philosophy.
