A1one or Alone (aka Tanha in the Persian)is a Tehran based Street artist. He is considered as the former of the Iranian graffiti movement among the Iranian underground art scene. His works began mainly in 2004 and started on web within that year, putting images on the Iranian underground art media. His most well known works are stencils created in 2005 and 2006 which are spread throughout Tehran.

A1one worked as industrial and advertising graphic designer and suddenly changed his life as a street artist. He descibes both this works for the sake of urban communications. He Uses some distinctive stencilling technique, reaching to an alternative way of expression to those attracted by the mainstream and pop media.
