A Twisted Outlook, colloquially known as "ATO", is a pop-culture website that has existed since the summer of 2005. It was founded by Kevin Stewart (known on the site as KJS) - a then 23 year old university student - from the North East of England in the United Kingdom.

The site is comprised of articles and features. The aforementioned articles are written by a team of writers and contributors who all use differing writing styles, ideas and subject matter.

Contributors

A Twisted Outlook has a team of contributors who go by various usernames (researchers, writers, technical advisors etc) with differing personalities, backgrounds and interests, which means the content can go from one extreme to the other.

Articles on ATO contain subjects such:

Movie reviews of both new and old movies.

Countdowns, such as "The top 20 Sci-Fi Villains" and "The top 10 Movie Killers".

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe related content.

Reviews of video games, old and new.

Popular topics of discussion at the forums include the features and articles on the main site, as well as general media, such as film, television and music. Fan fiction has also recently started being published here.

A Twisted Outlook was reviewed on the Galaxy Network in their "60 Second Web" segment.

Other Information

Singer Andrea Love, vocalist on records such as Shined On Me, has recently contacted ATO requesting that she write articles from a female point of view for the site and is likely to start doing so in 2008.
