Phelps Hall
(Phelps-Howell refers to the combination of two Halls; Phelps is
the oldest building on campus, Howell was built in the 1960s as an
add-on to Phelps) houses the Communication and Psychology
departments, as well as Advising & Retention. Howell Hall
houses the University's media center.
