Act is a small (817kb installer) web browser for Microsoft Windows, created by Jan Verhoeven.
Created in Delphi 5, Act is capable of rendering HTML 3.2, with frames and limited CSS-1 and CSS-2 support.
However, Act does not support JavaScript, SSL nor PNG.
Similar to Off By One, Act uses very little resources, memory or CPU power, which makes it a useful web browser for 486 based computers.
Act runs on any 32 bit version of Windows.
The most current version of Act is 10, released September 14, 2000.
