Adam Austin Allard (b.
1964 - ) is a musician, technologist, inventor, and
visionary.

Early Life
Adam Austin
Allard was born
January 16 1964 in
Waxahachie, Texas to Tonie Arline and
Gerald Daniel Allard. His family moved to several locations around
the
Dallas,
Texas area until relocating to
Ellsworth, Kansas. His formative
years were spent on the Kansas plains where he played in several
rock bands and was an on-air personality on AM & FM radio
stations. After working in several areas including a partnership
for ownership of an FCC Class-A FM radio station, he moved back to
his roots in Dallas, Texas to pursue a career in
technology.<p>
Music
Allard's guitar playing has
been said to be like a hybrid of
VanHalen and
Lynyrd Skynyrd. Early internet enthusiasts
created alt.fan.adamallard to follow his musical exploits. His
musical releases are now largely underground with tantilizing
tracks released to fans via various web sites and services.
Allard's most popular album tracks were "Nice Guy" and "Cry All
Night" recorded at Exceptions Studios in
1982.<p>
Entrepenurial===
Allard's visionary skills
formed the foundation for many technology startup companies. The
first all-Java graphical desktop system from Plenium Corporation,
and another company, WebMarkup, that produced the first interactive
web annotation system, are among the many technical accomplishments
envisioned by Allard and ultimately brought to market by these
companies. Sadly, most were many years ahead of the market and none
were financially viable at the time of their release. Nonetheless,
they were all examples of thought leadership in a wide variety of
technology sectors.<p>

various positions ranging from CEO to Chief Architect to various
software development and sales roles in many different business
sectors ranging from US Government contract work, Fortune 500
companies, closely-held small corporations, and startup
