Adam C. Phinney (born 1982) is an United States Army Veteran and the Candidate for Representative of District 47 in the Florida House of Representatives. He is an Independent with No Party Affiliation.

He is not married and has no children, though he is dating Christine Krieg of Tampa. He is originally from the state of Maine.

2008 Election As of July 13 2007 there is not a Democratic Party Candidate filed. On June 14 2007 as an Independent with No Party Affiliation Adam C. Phinney filed paperwork to seek election for the District #47 seat currently held by Republican Party Incumbent Kevin Ambler
