Victor Oluyomi Adetiba (born
March 8,
1983), better known as Adetiba, is a Nigerian producer
and current president and CEO of Adetiba Production. He has been
one of the most successful Texas hip-hop producers of the past
decade by selling over 20,000 units of his Underground Railroad DVD
Magazine in Texas. He is mostly known for the Underground Railroad
DVD Magazine<sub>referred to as U and R</sub>, a DVD
consisting of rappers doing interviews, performing concerts, and
the most recent music videos. Sometimes he does partnership with
Eminent Models and Promotions
for music videos and model calls.

Adetiba Productions is a production company that
helped launch the careers of artists such as

U and R is a DVD
that is worked on by Adetiba(camera man), Diamond D(rapper and
distributor), and

Magic features rappers performing concerts, signing autographs,
their music videos or just plain walking though the mall. The
interviewer is DJ Magic, DJ for 97.9 the beatradio station in
Dallas, Texas. The rappers
are usually holding previous U and R DVDs while the interview is
taking place.

Biography
Early Years
Son of pastor Benjamin and
pharmacist Blessing Adetiba. Born in Kogi State Nigeria in 1983
until around the age 2, when his family moved to Jacksonville,
Texas. He attended Byrd Middle School, then later graduated from
Duncanville High School. In high
school he was in Media Technology, at the time the number one high
school video production in the country, and directed several
pilots, commercials and sketches for the school.
Adetiba
Productions was established on March 8, 2003 in
Cedar Hill,Texas. The very
first client was a rap duo named Totalatarianz in
Oak Cliff. "I remember using my
car headlights for lights in the commercial", said Adetiba.
Clientele
DSR
His first major success began when he
met
George
Lopez, CEO of the rap group T Town. Beginning with DVDs,
documentaries, commercials and concert footage, he was introduced
to other local artist in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Specifically
working with Big Tuck (group leader of DSR) and BIG Hood Boss,
doing commercials and documentaries, he became closer with DSR. He
also shot behind the scenes to
Big Tuck's "Welcome to Dallas" and "Tussle" on his
debut album
"Tha Absolute
Truth" and
TUM TUM's
"Caprice Music" on his album "Tum Thousand and 6".
Lava House
Records
Adetiba directed
Lava House's "Do tha Ratchet" in 2006 in
Shreveport,
Louisiana with
Migiver. The Ratchet is a dance similar to the pool palace and is
the second music video directed by Adetiba. Mandigo, CEO of Lava
House Records, first met with Adetiba in Texas and further did
business spreading their market to Dallas. The song is featured on
their album "United We Stand, Divided We Fall" featuring Lil
Boosie.
Other clientele
Blue October is a rock band originally from
Houston, Texas. The band is best known for the singles
"Hate Me" and
"Into the Ocean"
from the album
Foiled.
Adetiba was fortunate to work with a national band and shot behind
the scenes to the music video "Into the Ocean" in
Los Angeles. He also made a
commercial for
Gerald Levert before he passed
away.
Another California client was a hip-hop music label by the
name of Tru Dat Entertainment.

how he deals with business from TV to real estate. Adetiba is very
talented in soccer and has won various awards in soccer tournaments
and also coached a soccer team in 2006. His soccer idol is Pele and
his favorite soccer team is Nigeria.
Family
Adetiba is an
uncle and is the oldest of three. Charity, 21, and Bab,15. Benjamin
Adetiba, father, is the head pastor of E.M.C. Family
Church.
Adetiba's favorite color is orange and has an orange rug
in his room.
