AerX is a game produced by The AutoQ3D Project Team to provide a simulation of flight and combat with customization in mind.

AerX allows you personalize your scenario as the background, explosions, ammunition, ships, music and sounds. All these scenarios and objects are 3D models that you can edit and model with AutoQ3D Standard Editor. AerX can be played on Windows an Linux platforms. The DeathMatch game mode allows you to fight against to all opponents.

The game allows you to change some parameters modifying a text file:
Velocity of ammunition
Seconds of laser life
Friction of ammunition
Number of hits to destroy a ship

AerX was developed using IBM compatible computer with Linux, but is cross-compiled to the Windows operating system as well. The 3D graphics are fully based on the cross-platform OpenGL libraries.
