Problems

In the beginning of May, the producers of the show announced they would be rolling out new episodes daily, starting May 14 2007, on Youtube. When May 14th came around they posted a video announcing that later on in the day they would present the new episode, which would be episode 11. Up to date episode 11, has not appeared on Youtube. People were infuriated to find out that in the website Budtv, they were presenting new episodes, daily. People could have been able to just make the switch from Youtube to Budtv, but you cannot join budtv if you aren't of legal drinking age, (EU age: 18, USA:21)

People began to leave nasty remarks on Afterworld's youtube page, saying that they would never comeback, and blamed them for just trying to make it a marketing strategy.

The producers then explained that they were having problems with their uploading software, which crashed and they were trying to fix it to give their viewers new episodes on Youtube. They have since further updated viewers on their condition indicating that they are having both technical and "business" issues in posting further episodes to YouTube, and that additional episodes will be going up at their website, however having reverted to a once-a-week schedule.
