Ahmad Black (born December 12, 1989 in Lakeland, Florida) is an American football safety for the Florida Gators.
Black attended Lakeland High School. As a senior he recorded 82 tackles and four interceptions. As a junior, he recorded 71 tackles with six interceptions and as a sophomore had 71 tackles and 10 interceptions.
As a freshman in 2007, Black played in seven games as a cornerback for the Gators recording seven tackles. As a sophomore in 2008 Black started all 14 games at strong safety recording 59 tackles and seven interceptions for 191 return yards and two touchdowns. His seventh interception came in the Gators win over Oklahoma Sooners in the 2009 BCS National Championship Game.
