Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek is a Malaysian politician and the current Malaysian Youth and Sports Minister. He is also the Member of Parliament for the constituency of Kemaman in Terengganu. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), the main component party of the ruling coalition Barisan Nasional.

From 2004 to 2008, he was the Parliamentary Secretary for the Foreign Ministry. After the 2008 general election which saw former Information Minister Datuk Seri Zainuddin Maidin lose his bid for reelection, then Prime Minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi appointed Ahmad Shabery as Information Minister in his reshuffled Cabinet. On 10 April 2009, current Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak appointed him as the Minister of Youth and Sports.
