Aibyouka-kun (Aibyouka being Japanese for "Cat-lover" ) is a main character in the upcoming manga "The Adventures of Aibyouka-kun and Amber-chan" by the amateur Deviant Artist known as DarthSonicJK (New alias- Aibyouka-kun) with help from CatgurlAmber-chan.

The series is about a nekogai (catguy) named Aibyouka-kun who moves to a new high school (his 3rd to be exact) and meets a cute nekogaaru (catgirl) named Amber. The two become friends and look forward to seeing each other every day. But one day, after coming across a holy katana, strange things began to happen to them. They began to see things they've never seen before, hear things they've never heard before, and experience a life unknown to the average person.

About the character- Aibyouka-kun

Aibyouka-kun is 18 years old. He's part neko (cat) and part human. He measures
6'3 tall, and weighs 237 lbs. His eyes are green, his natural hair color is dark brown but he colors his hair blue (dye, hair spray), and his fur color (of his ears and tail) is brown.
Some of his likes/hobbies include: God, cats, ramen, curry, guitars, video games, computers, drawing, comedy/funny movies, and comfortable pajama pants.
Some of his dislikes include: school, homework, people who treat other people like trash, people who brag excessively, and of course, demons.
His personality could be described as: Goofy, loyal, easy-going, kind, helpful, compassionate, naive, and maybe even wise in some cases.

Aibyouka-kun's Life Story (sort of a spoiler)

Upon birth he was chosen, among others, to be experimented on during the "Feline D.N.A. Fusion" (F.D.N.A.F.) process in development by head scientists of the U.S. Although successful, many still remained opposed to the new scientific break-through. At the age of 5, Aibyouka-kun went to kindergarten and was despised by everyone at first glance. By the age of 12, Aibyouka-kun had moved 4 times because of threats from people who had opposed the F.D.N.A.F. experiment. To help comfort Aibyouka-kun, his parents had enrolled him in Youth Group. Although not everyone in his youth group accepted him, Aibyouka-kun felt like a normal human for once. Soon after becoming born-again, he became extremely optimistic, determined not to become vengeful or bitter towards the people who misunderstood him. Unfortunately, his optimism couldn't stop his parents from becoming targets of riots and hatred. Throughout his teen years, Aibyouka-kun had to move 3 times, bringing about the switching of high schools 3 times. Upon becoming 18, Aibyouka-kun decided that it was best to leave his parents so that they would no longer suffer for his difference. He moved into an apartment and once the school year had started, he began his first day in 12th grade, in his third high-school.


Intended for ages 10 , this series will not contain any obscenities or nudity. Unlike most animes, "The Adventures of Aibyouka-kun and Amber-chan" is based upon the principles of the christian religion. Although the main storyline revolves around the spiritual warefare against demons, that doesn't mean there aren't any side themes. Everyday life lessons, comical relief, eye-candied fighting scenes, and even randomness all combine into one great manga.
