(d. 1582) was a retainer of Akechi Mitsuhide during the Sengoku period (16th century) of Japan. Shigetomo was also known as . Shigetomo was considered as a very loyal general under the Akechi clan, even serving Akechi Mitsuhide since Mitsuhide's very youth. Fighting at the Incident at Honnōji, along with at the battle of Yamasaki. When Mitsuhide died during that battle, Shigetomo wanted to be by Mitsuhide's side forever, so he killed himself to join Mitsuhide.
