Albert Raymond Carder is a serial
child molester and
rapist in
California. He is most well
known due to the persecution of the Wade family by
San Diego County CPS and DA
offices due to their false prosecution of
Alicia Wade's father James
Wade for her rape, which Carder in fact committed.
