Sexual Ambigiousity
Alex
has often stated he is gay. Many of his films deal with
homosexuality and often explictly depict scenes of male debauchery.
However, unlike many of Hollywood's current homosexuals, Alex is
rumoured to be straight, using his homosexuality as a media tool to
appeal to a direct audience.
Injuries &
Surgeries
Alex has experienced some problems with his toes in
recent years, and has recently undergone surgery to prepare them
for more surgeries. He has commented on his financial position
being somewhat of a barrier to the correction of his foot-problems,
the specifics of which are unknown, but are rumoured to be
cantankerous.
Here's a brief list of injuries he's
received:
At the age of two, the tip of his pinky finger on
his right hand was accidentally cut off after being slammed in a
metal door. It was reattached shortly thereafter. It required
twelve stitches. At ten, during recess at Beacon Heights Elementary, he was
accidentally kicked in the arm by a friend. This caused a bone
sliver in his right arm, which was removed. A few months later, a
benign tumor
formed, which was removed. In August 1992 while enjoying a
family trip to a camp site in Skull Valley, Utah, he slipped and fell thirty
feet from a rock ledge and went into shock - although he was
walking and talking, he doesn't recall anything for a half an hour
after the fall. There were injuries to his face and head, which
required several stitches, and to his wrist and arm. During
his junior year in high school, while racing the 800 meter at the
Delta Invitational track meet, he, along with several other
runners, was tripped up and trample over. Although his right wrist
was broken in three spots, he managed to finish the race, beating
his personal best time.Filmography
