Template:About Alexander Vladimirovich Konovalov (in Russian: Александр Владимирович Коновалов, b. June 91968, in Leningrad, Soviet Union) is a Russian lawyer and politician.
From 1992–2005 he served in Saint Petersburg Prosecutor's Office. From February–November 2005 he was the Chief Prosecutor of Bashkortostan. Since November 142005, he has been President Vladimir Putin's Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District. In May 2008 he was appointed the Minister for Justice of Russia[1]
