Alexandra de Scheel (born 30 March 1985 New York City) is the daughter of Peter Michael de Scheel (b. 1946[ Hellerup near Copenhagen) and his wife, née Princess Antoinette Maria Anna Magdalena Cecilie Georgine Reuss (b. 1945), of the House of Reuss.

She graduated from Institut Le Rosey in 2002, and is currently residing in London and attending City University.

She is often erroneously called Princess Alexandra de Scheele in the mass media; it is not known whether she claims or uses that style herself. Her own descent from a real nineteenth-century Dutch princess, Sophie, Grand Duchess of Saxe-Weimar (1824-1890), is from King Willem II and his Russian wife.

Alexandra de Scheele has contributed one or two stories about life in the Swiss ski resort Gstaad.<ref>Alexandra de Scheele. "Jack Armstrong: star skier in a week"[http://www.gstaadlife.com/2007/02/jack_armstrong_.html#more] 1 February 2007</ref>
