de Monterrey, where he studied Agricultural Engineering, he
began to show buissness skills long before since.
Once
Graduated, He founded Grupo Pulsar in 1981, which with he bought
Cigarrera La Moderna, The Main Tobacco Company in Mexico, until it
was sold to British American Tobacco. He's been Chairman and Chief
Executive for Pulsar International and Head Manager of
ING Mexico, a
ING Group
subsidiary.
