Alis Pena Payan (born April 19, 1998) is an American-Dominican actress and singer most known for Blue's Clues, Hannah Montana, Camp Rock 2 and The Teen Girls.

Payan was born in Dominican Republic the daugher of Armando and Yesenia. her brothers Marian, Ezequiel and Ester. was her boyfriend Joe Jonas was is singer-songwriter.
