All Headline News (AHN) is a United States based news agency or wire service. Launched in 2003 it has grown to become a major worldwide online news wire service, providing news and other content, to websites, digital signage, and other publishers who pay a fee for the service.
The company's daily news coverage includes international headline news, business, entertainment, celebrity gossip, sports, technology, health and politics. The company also provides a variety of non-editorial content services such as weather, horoscopes, trivia and business data.
AHN's primary focus is breaking news and a small investigative news effort.

AHN covers international and national news using a network of journalists, writers, contributors and freelance "stringers" from the US, Europe, Asia and Africa. AHN editors are located in various cities in the United States and abroad. The company manages news gathering operations using a proprietary content management system.
In January 2008, All Headline News was sued by competitor Associated Press, claiming that AHN had infringed AP's copyright and on a 'quasi-property' right to published facts. The lawsuit alleged that competitor AHN had copied AP headlines and facts within news stories without paying a syndication fee and without permission. AHN moved to dismiss all but the copyright claims brought by AP, and a majority of the lawsuit was dismissed.[1] The case was subsequently dismissed and both parties have settled the lawsuit.[2]
