All Night Production Studios is an independent film studio in Bethalto, IL. On 16 January 2006, ANPS was started by four enthusiastic young high school students with big dreams. Together, Brent Madison, Matt Stemmley, Tyler Warren, and Michael Häuser started their first production, The Ballistics.

The Ballistics

The Ballistics is a 48 minute action short about a corrupt FBI agent, Tom Elliot selling plutonium to a German mob boss, Salvatore Totti. Two heroes, agents Adam Seymour (Madison) and Erwood Hobbs (Häuser) come to save the day as they infiltrate the German crime world and catch both Totti and Eliot red-handed.
The Ballistics project helped to start All Night Production Studios financially when it debuted in its world premiere at 7:00 p.m. on 14 July 2006 at Edwardsville High School in the auditorium. The premiere was featured on the Fox 2 KTVI St. Louis morning show that morning when anchors Kevin Steincross and Randi Naughton interviewed director Brent Madison about the project. The interview can be seen on YouTube.

Other Projects

Over the following school year, the members of ANPS, while enjoying their senior year, worked on various other projects. Two of the more notable were the documentary, Ethanol: The Hidden Panacea, and the comic short, Inspiration for a Daydream. “Ethanol” is a ten minute documentary about the process of making ethanol fuel and its benefits. It was filmed at the National Corn to Ethanol Research Center at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville on 17 August 2006. Inspiration for a Daydream is a 7 minute comic short about a young man who simply cannot wait until the end of his school day to obtain his two loves, Cherry Coke and a young girl named Allison Hoffman. It was filmed at Trimpe Middle School in Bethalto, IL in September 2006.

Jealousy

In June of 2007, ANPS began its biggest project yet. Jealousy is a 97 feature film about two good friends who become very jealous of each other and end up not speaking for seven years. After the seven-year hiatus, their new wives mysteriously meet and become good friends. Through a tragic turn of events the two friends Brian Young (Joe Hammerstone) and Nathan Beckman (Erik A Williams) pull their friendship back together for the good of their families. Jealousy is going to be submitted to the Sundance Film Festival this autumn.
