Leadership



Javier Infante – Chief Executive Officer

Javier is one of Ambergris' founders and is 100% committed to making Ambergris the outsourcing company of choice for both clients and employees. Javier spends most of his time interacting with clients and engaging with employees at all levels. Culture building is a big ticket item for him—ensuring there are no roadblocks in Ambergris' ability to deliver the best service to our clients and their customers.

Prior to Ambergris, Javier was a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Paul Egger – Senior Vice President for Operations

Paul joined Ambergris in 2005 from its parent corporation, TELUS International. As SVP - Operations Pauls focus in on building and maintaining the team that delivers best in class service to our demanding customers. Along with the rest of the Ambergris senior management team Pauls top priority is in attracting and developing the best management talent available. In addition Paul is a believer in continuous improvement and total quality management principles that are the building blocks of breakthrough performance.

Prior to Ambergris, Paul has held many positions with TELUS and TELUS International in Canada and abroad. He holds an Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the Simon Frazer University in British Columbia, Canada.


Karl Gossen – Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing

Karl leads Ambergris' global business development efforts, supporting team members in North America and the Asia Pacific region. In addition to responsibility for new revenue development, Karl is tasked with ensuring the company is proactive in responding to the needs of the markets we serve and with building and sustaining Ambergris’ reputation as the outsourcing company of choice.


Cris Rosenthal – Vice President for Human Resources

Cris is directly responsible for enabling our employee’s personal and professional satisfaction and success, which in turn leads to the success of our clients’ programs. Her cultivation of a challenging yet fun environment, a healthy work-life balance, and each team member’s sense of ownership in their work has had a significant impact on how our agents feel about working for Ambergris. Cris spends majority of her time on strategic initiatives on various functions within human resources such as leadership development, labor relations, talent acquisition, as well as compensation & benefits.

Cris has over 16 years’ experience in human resources across a variety of industries, such as medical device manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications and biotechnology. She holds an MBA from Northeastern University, as well as a double degree in Psychology and Marketing from De La Salle University in the Philippines.


Rick Lowe – Vice President for Information Technology

True to Ambergris’ philosophy of achieving not just satisfaction but success for our clientele, Rick manages our technology arm with an emphasis on smart, strategically sound, and suitable technologies to complement our processes, accomplish our clients’ goals, and enhance the contact experience for our clients’ customers. Flexibility to clients needs by engineering customer centric solutions is his mantra.

Rick has served in Senior Executive positions at TELUS, Exodus, Innova, Medco, and Webservasia Holdings, as well as the US Marine Corps.
