Amelia Cambias is a fictional character on ABC's daytime drama All My Children. She has been portrayed in flashbacks by Claire Byrne since November 29, 2006 until February 2007.

Died in 1971 after falling off a balcony witnessed by her son then Alex now Zach Slater. it was later revealed that Zach's father killed her.
