American Dad Vs. Family Guy Kung Fu, known currenty as American Dad vs. Family Guy Kung Fu 2: Turbo Hyper Mega Edition, is an online flash-based fighting game released in 2006 starring characters from Family Guy, American Dad!, and Capcom's Street Fighter. The game has 3 versions, with the first two being deleted. But the oringal banner, verson and/or intro might appear as a glitch.

Gameplay

The main objective of each round in the game is to KO an opponent before you get KO'd twice in one round. Depending on the version, there is a different number of rounds. Verson 1 has 8 rounds, Verson 2 has 10, and Verson 3 has 12, with the last one always ending in an battle with Ryu.

Versons

Verson 1

V1 was the first edition of American Dad vs. Family Guy and featured everyone, expect Brian, Meg, Steve, and Francine. This verson has 8 levels. Ryu does appear, you do fight him, but he is nonplayble nor unlockable.

Many people are trying to serch for this verson online, but almost every website that had it replaced it with V3. It might still appear as a glitch.

Verson 2

V2 changed the name of the game to American Dad vs. Family Guy Kung Fu 2 and also included Brian and Steve as playble characters. Ryu becomes playble. but when playing as him, there are 9 rounds. (notice how player 1's Ryu is gray) The game also took on a new side art.

Verson 3

The final verson of the game intruduced Francine and Meg being playble. there are now 12 rounds (13 if playing as Ryu) and two new arenas, a dojo theme, and a pirate ship theme that, from here on, will always be the arenas seen in Rounds 1 and 2, and will be also the only two arenas to appear in multiplayer.

Trivia

Francine can be seen holding the American Dad! Volume 1 DVD.

On the side art, Roger's stomach is smaller.

If playing as Chris, sometimes he will laugh like Roger did in a American Dad! episode.

Sometimes, the two banners from V1 and V2/V3 will be mixed up, due to glitched up images, so Brian, Steve, Francine, and Meg might not be seen, and some other changes might happen, such as Stewie smiling instead of growling, and Klaus might be squinting. Another change might be the title on the top section of the banner, with stars.

Many of the characters on the banner look nothing like they do in the game.

By clicking on play from the pulldown menu at the character select screen, and then again during the empty battle arena, and then clicking next, will start a game with Meg. In V1 and V2, a new game starts with Chris.

Sometimes, Brian, Meg, Steve, and Francine might not load right, so they cannot be seen or start a battle with their startting catch-phrase.

Hayley only says one thing, and it is at the character select screen. Her catch-phrase is "I wonder if the'll hit me."

A few changes might happen if V3 doesn't load right, such as an American Dad! themed backround in the main menu, the game offring Family Guy Volume 3 instead of Volume 4 at the "Buy DVD" menu, and the game not letting you pick Meg, Brian, Steve, Francine and Ryu.
