== About ==
Amiworthit.com is
an online social network (See
List of social networking
websites) for students, into which applicants must be accepted
by current members.
Applicants are judged on a submitted
profile, including photo, and are rated on a scale of 1-10. Hopeful
applicants are shown to members when they log in, along with the
simple question "Is he/she worth it?". Members select yes or no,
and after a 3 day period the votes are counted. If the applicant
has received more Yes votes, their account is fully activated,
otherwise it is deleted.
History
Amiworthit was started
by two (ex)Oxford students, Kirill Makharinsky (one time
Graduate of the Year ) and Matt
Foster, who is in his final year.
