I'm Kouta Koikawa, and I'm having a problem with my studies. It's not that my classmates' ruckus bothers me, I sit at the front of the room to avoid their antics. Mamiko Kanai
A math professor who started work at Kouta's school the same time as Chieri. They've been friends since their college days, though unlike Chieri her bright personality and carefree attitude have won her plenty of welcome companionship. Age: 26.
Kiyoka Yorii
Kouta's classmate in the same class. She's an honor student from a wealthy family, gifted with good grades and athletic ability - on top of which she's got great looks and is nice to just about everybody. She's the idol of the school, but her hidden side has a tremendous competitive streak. Age: 19.
