"And Here's To You, Mrs Azrael" is the ninth episode in the third season of the American crime drama CSI: NY. The episode first aired on November 15, 2006.
Nineteen-year-old Nicole Garner, critically injured in an accident involving drunk driving, lies unconscious in the hospital. The next scene opens with Mac and Stella entering her hospital room and finding Nicole dead. Mac comments that Nicole had been given a second chance, to which Stella replies "Somebody didn't think she deserved it." Don informs them that a nurse on duty had found the body and called code blue but the girl was already gone. After analyzing the corpse, Sid finds an "unknown biological substance" in the mouth. Danny checks it out under the microscope and, to his surprise, finds out it is krill. Meanwhile, Sheldon finds himself in a confrontation with the hospital's chief of staff, his former boss, over interrogations of the staff and workers.
