New York State Assembly covering the 114th District.
Andrew was
born in Plattsburgh, New York in Clinton County and received his
B.A. in Politics from SUNY Potsdam in 2004. After receiving his
degree, he worked for Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton in Washington
DC for an undisclosed period of time.
Brockway has yet to finish
his master's in Public Administration at the Nelson A. Rockefeller

a "leave of absence" to run for NYS Assembly in March of
2006.
In April of 2006, he received the unanimous endorsement of
Clinton County, and many of the towns in Franklin County.
Andrew
is running in a Primary against Kevin Nichols -- a personal injury

victims of coporate greed and industry still engaged in
discrimination against women, older workers and the disabled.
Nichols, in addition to earning a Bachelor's Degree in Political
Science and a law degree also earned a graduate degree in Public
Administraion. The primary date is September 12, 2006.
Nichols
recently sued the town of Plattsburgh on behalf of a client who was
subjected to the most egregious form of sexual harrasment. He filed
a complaint with the EEOC on her behalf for continued retaliation
against her. Shortly afterwards the Town Supervisor fired the
woman, costing taxpayers $30,000.
Nichols also worked for the
City of Boston, and worked hard to bring about pay equity for women
employees and was noted for his fairness in the City's grievance
procedure. He was on the City's negotiation team which granted 21%
increases across the board representing historic inceases in pay
and benefits for union workers. Nichols also worked in the City's
Homeless Shelter where he worked to provide jobs and housing for
Homeless people
