Andrew Homer is an American astrologer, and has been since 1969. He specializes in Chart Rectification, Travel Astrology, and Relationship Astrology. Homer was one of first astrologers in California and New Mexico to promote the use of Declinations, Cosmobiology midpoints and 90-degree dial, the Koch house system, Uranian Astrology, the German discovered hypothetical point Persephone (Transpluto), and the Magi Society's use of Declination midpoints.

Homer is a member of the National Council for Geocosmic Research, the International Society of Business Astrologers, and former publicity director of the San Diego Astrological Society. Homer tutored tarot card reader, Jim Lewis, who eventually co-found Astro*Carto*Graphy with friend of Homer's, Berkeley computer programmer Horace Howe. Homer's astrological mentors in San Francisco were Basil Vaerlen, Mary Vohryzek, Karl Ambjornson, Richard Ideman, Marc Penfield, Joseph do Mello, Howard Hammett, Cindy DeLee, and Mike Burnham. Other mentors include Doris Greaves from Sydney, Australia; and Gary Duncan and Lois Rodden from Los Angeles, California.

While Astrologers who use Astro*Carto*Graphy maps are familiar with the importance of the geographic latitude of parantonella (the crossing of two planetary lines on a Mercator projection map), the Astrological community doesn't know that Lewis and Homer think that the geographic longitude is, also, activated.

You can thank Homer's haranging that motivated Neil Michelsen to complete his epic Tables of Planetary Phenomena while Michelsen was slowly dying from cancer.

Former FBI Director, Louis Freeh, used Andrew Homer's analysis of the Astro*Carto*Graphy map of the 09/11/01 terrorist attack on New York City to inform the U.S. military to focus on a connection east of Kabul, Afghanistan. (Exactly where pseudo-fundamentalist billionaire Saudi terrorist Osama bin Laden had his training camps.) (Ironic that it was Arab universities that maintained classic Astrology during the period of Europe's "Dark Age.")

While other astrologers need to prove Astrology as a "science", Andrew Homer is quiet satisfied to consider Astrology as the most muscle-bound, emperically verified religion in the world.
