Andrew Paul Harris B.A. (Hons) Born on the 28 september 1984 in Carshalton Surrey is an English field hockey player who has played for teams such as: Merton hockey club, Northampton Saints hockey club and was captain of the University of Northampton hockey team first IX 2005 to 2006.


Currently playing for Addiscombe hockey club, Andrew Harris is infamous for his aggressive tactics in defence and as captian he is renowned for his adventurous tactical style. He was often a regular feature in Northamptonshire's Chronicle and Echo, when playing for Northampton Saints hockey club. In Andrew Harris's last game for the Saints it was reported that he was sent off for deliberate foul. Sadly in the fracas that followed the sending off Andrew lost his left testicle and 13% of his colon, to this day the horrific events of that day play upon Andrew's mind making it difficult for him to acheive his dream to being a Police Officier. However this hasn't dented his passion for his wide range of hobbies which include dogging, cottaging and a practice known as "gibbing".



Attended Beddington Infants primary school, Holy Trinity Junior School (Wallington), Carshalton High School For Boys and finally Graduating from the University of Northampton in 2006, with a 2.2 Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Criminology, Andrew Harris is currently unemployed.


In his private life, his girlfriend Clare Kelly (who is also a Criminology graduate) and Andrew Harris are said to be in a very strong relationship.
