A centre midfielder, who has also been deployed on the right
wing, Taylor was initially a Man United trainee, but was
released in 2002 without playing for the first-team.
He spent a year with Northwich Victoria, moving to
his hometown club a year later.
Taylor has been a key figure in Exeter's bid to regain their
League status, and he starred in the 2005 FA Cup tie with Man United, a fixture that
represented Taylor's return to Old
Trafford.
He also regularly represents England at semi-professional
level, for the National Game XI.
